Rich is a multi-award winning social entrepreneur who brings with him years of extensive experience in the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector. He has dedicated his entire career to working alongside communities and people in challenging personal and economic situations.
Rich has experience on the frontline, in leadership and in infrastructure consultancy within the sector, but most importantly, he carries with him a real heart and deep rooted passion for making a direct difference to people’s lives.
Having cut his teeth in community youthwork alongside a national education charity, Rich founded a children and young people’s charity in West Yorkshire. After just short of a decade leading the development and growth of the organisation he moved into consultancy around organisational development, community development, and income generation, working alongside organisations ranging from start-ups to well established charities across wide ranging themes. In recent years Rich has worked in infrastructure; initially in the development of more equitable and transparent commissioning practices, and most recently in the operational leadership of a VCF infrastructure organisation, and now as the leader of a charity.
Rich is an experienced communicator and regularly contributes to policy debate, and conversations about challenges surrounding social justice issues across multiple media platforms. To chat to Rich, please get in touch via one of his social media channels using the links above.
